Glen A. Forbes

Born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts (birthplace of basketball), Glen is the fourth of six sons. He graduated from Classical High School and continued his education at American International College, where he majored in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. He was a radio announcer for more than eleven years, primarily playing and promoting Gospel music.

Glen is an ordained elder in the Church of God in Christ and has served in many capacities within the local, district, and jurisdiction. He served as choir director, musician, and president of the local church choir, as well as a director of several community choirs within the New England area. He has also lived in Wichita, Kansas, where he continued to serve within the local church.

He is a strong proponent and advocate for good customer service, and he tries to promote that in every aspect of his life.

Currently, he resides in Richmond, Virginia, and is employed by the City of Richmond Police Department as a Property & Evidence Technician.

He is a huge sports enthusiast with very strong but healthy biases for his preferred teams. He is the proud father for four children, three who are yet living, and an overjoyed NEW grandfather of twin boys.
