Costume Artisan, Mrs. Ernestine Woodson-Cowan ~ The Way You Do the Things You Do!

Bringing imagination to reality through expert sewing and craftmanship.

Mrs. Ernestine received calls, texts, and messages. That was the fun part! (I drove her a little nutz!) She received pictures, “drawings,” fabric photos, AI photos, etc. She advised on fabric so that we were on the same page. Once received, the fabric and notions would be dropped off, and then stuff happened……….Voila! We have costumes. It’s the stuff in those dots that is Mrs. Ernestine’s expertise. Thank you so very much for giving my characters their look. So beautiful! You are so fire!

Tracey

Mrs. Ernestine’s skills for sewing, creating, tailoring, and bringing one’s vision to life are UNMATCHED! The designs for Mother Mary and Talitha are beautiful, and we felt honored to wear them. Thank you, Mrs. Ernestaaannne, for your labor of love!

Mrs. Ernestine, you made my costume. I could not have been The Man at the Pool of Bethesda without your creation. Thank you for giving the Man at the Pool his visual representation of the life he truly lived.

Mrs. Ernesine, I truly do appreciate the time & effort you put into the detail of my robe. Your skill and effort will be an unsung factor in the success of the show. You truly have skills, and I felt and looked good at the time of filming because of you.

Sister Ernestine Woodson-Cowan - what can I say? She reminds me of Dorcas in the New Testament; everything her hand touches - WOW!!! I am yet amazed by the transformation of a concept and conversation into the wardrobe for Joseph of Arimathea.

Thank you, and I thank God for you!

AND…Mrs. Ernestine's gift and anointing enables her to hear a concept and manifests itself in front of you. The stoles she made for the Jameses allowed us to be uniformed but yet individuals within the unit. She was able to keep us connected without any of us losing our character and/or personality.

What an awesome gift!!

Thank you Sister Ernestine.

Glen F.

I would like to thank Mrs. Ernestine for the outstanding job she did preparing stoles for us for “James - The Preacher”.
